Sign up Online or in person PRIOR to the class you are going to take. You must purchase the class ahead of time. Walk-ins are not allowed since there is a
limited number per class.
Class packages are available for discounted rates.
Classes will be tailored to meet individual needs.
Options & variations will be provided for personalized workouts & includes equipment such as yoga blocks, straps, & chairs.
These classes are designed for any age and any level. Modifications are offered for an easier pose or for a more challenging workout.
Relaxing meditational movements are combined with breathing techniques and stillness to increase strength.
